Hiring new staff!
Hi everyone!
Another semester has wrapped up and I hope everyone is getting to kick back and enjoy a well-deserved summer break, or head off to new jobs and new adventures.
We have finally gotten the bugs on the LSJ site worked out thanks to some upgrades and a lot of patience. I want to thank our awesome webmaster, Andrew Januszak for his hard work!
I want to congratulate our staff who are graduating and leaving us- I thank all of you for your hard work at LSJ and wish you the very best as you transition from students to professionals in your field.
Lastly, it is the time of year where we solicit new staff to come aboard and serve at LSJ. I will be recruiting for new positions, including a new editor-in-chief. All positions are voluntary (we would pay you if we could!) and done via email or the Open Journal Systems project. As this is a student publication, all staff must be currently enrolled in an LIS degree. Please note the deadline for all applications is July 5th, 2010.
